Please be informed that with effect from 1st August,2009,those who are willing to apply for Belgium Visa in Abuja, have to visit VF Global Services Nigeria Limited centre in Abuja for the submission

No more direct application will be accepted at Belgium Embassy Abuja.

The passport collection will also take place at VF Global Services Nigeria Ltd centre.

From 1st August,09, applicant need not to take any appointment date to visit VFS centre, Abuja and within given stipulated submission time, any applicant can go and submit his or her application himself or herself only provided having minimum required documents for submission.

This will be the second centre besides Lagos at Victoria Island.

Submission Timing: 08.00pm to 02.00pm (Except holidays observed by Belgium Embassy & other public holidays, if observed)

Passport Collection Timing: 02.00pm to 04.00pm (Except holidays observed by Belgium Embassy & other public holidays, if observed.)

Applicants are requested to read the following steps carefully before submitting their application at the Belgium visa application center, Lagos, Abuja (With effect from 1st August 2009).

Step 1: Applicant is required to submit their application personally at the application centre in Lagos.In the case of minor, parent or guardian must accompanying them on the day of submission.

Step 2: Make a clear copy of all the original documents,three clear copy of passport data page and your any previous visas.

Step 3: Complete the visa application form. You can download the application form from our website or can collect it from our application center. Please note that the visa forms is free of charge.

Step 4: Pay your visa application fee and services fee at the bank teller counter at the Visa Application Centers.

Step 5: Along with your application form and documents mentioned on this site you can come to our application center at the below mentioned address between 08.00 AM to 2.00 PM ( Monday - Friday , except the holidays observed by the Belgium embassy )

To ensure your application is processed without any delay, please include the following:

• Complete & Signed visa application Form
• Original Passport & clear copy of your current passport.
• Supporting documentation as per the relevant checklist
• Receipt of Visa Application Fee & VFS service charges as applicable

Applicants are requested to read the requisite documents carefully that needs to be submitted together with your visa application. Please make sure that you have all the documents indicated in the list, since no visa application would be accepted if one or several documents are missing.
