Required Documents

Please carefully read the requisite documents that you need to submit together
with your visa application. Please make sure that you have all the documents
indicated in the list, since no visa application would be accepted if one or
several documents are missing.

Please note that if a child is travelling with the parents and is on the
parent's passport then no separate visa application is required. But the
photograph of the child is required as per the specification mentioned on the
website.

Applicants are requested to fill the visa application form carefully, as the
visa stamping will be done on the basis of information provided in the form.
Belgium Embassy will not entertain any correction on visa if the applicants
have filled in the wrong data in the application form.

Applicants are requested to come to visa application centre to apply for visa
with form filled in. Applicants coming for visa application without form or
blank form will be asked to fill in the form first before entering the centre.

Make three clear copy of passport data pages and any other previous visas.

Make clear copy of all the original documents.
Number of days for which the visa will be issued will be decided by the Belgium
Embassy.
